You will lead liaison with flight crews, maintenance, dispatch, and authorities to ensure safety, punctuality, and efficiency, while ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in Aviation Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in flight operations or airline dispatch.
• Possession of a Flight Dispatcher license or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of flight planning software, meteorology, and air traffic systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, both on-site and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily flight operations, including flight planning, dispatch, and crewing.
• Monitor flight progress, weather conditions, and air traffic control information to ensure safe and timely operations.
• Liaise closely with flight crews, ground staff, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and minimize delays.
• Act as a primary point of contact for air traffic control and regulatory bodies during operational hours.
