• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in flight operations, airline dispatch, or a similar aviation role.
• In-depth understanding of flight planning, air traffic control procedures, and meteorological factors.
• Proficiency in flight operations software and systems.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing operational demands in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize flight plans, considering weather conditions, air traffic control, and operational constraints.
• Monitor flight progress in real-time, making necessary adjustments to schedules and providing support to flight crews.
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground operations to ensure smooth flight turnarounds.
• Manage operational disruptions, such as delays or cancellations, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, company policies, and safety management systems.
