Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Management Consultant to join its premier management consultancy serving the financial services sector. You will advise banks, insurers, and asset managers on regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and market entry strategies from our Centurion offices, with a hybrid work model.

You will lead client engagements, conduct in-depth analytics, facilitate workshops, and deliver strategic insights that drive operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of consulting experience focused on financial services.
• Deep understanding of Basel III, FICA and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage project teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational consulting services to clients in the financial services industry.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client business operations, financial performance, and market positioning.
• Develop innovative solutions to address challenges related to risk management, regulatory changes, and digital innovation.
• Facilitate workshops and lead client meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
• Manage project streams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
