Job summary

LearnMe South Africa is seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to lead the financial function in Centurion, Gauteng. You will oversee planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, while guiding a finance team to deliver strategic insights.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, strong SA tax knowledge, ERP proficiency, and a hands-on approach to financial controls and cash flow management.

Qualifications

• BCom degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• 5-8 years of relevant financial management experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow management.
• Strong knowledge of SA taxation, accounting standards and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, and Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Cash flow management, working capital and financial risk management.
• Oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
• Management of taxation, statutory compliance and audit requirements.
• Development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.
• Financial reporting and analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Management and development of the finance team.
