Yazoo Recruitment is seeking a Senior Financial Manager for a Financial Service Provider in Bryanston, Johannesburg. The role leads the finance function, reports to the CFO, and drives accurate reporting, controls and strategic insight.

You will shape budgeting, forecasting and planning, manage cashflow and working capital, ensure tax compliance, and lead governance and risk management with a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience, post articles
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing accountants
• B.Com Accounting Degree essential
• CA(SA) qualification highly advantageous
• CIMA registration highly advantageous

Senior Financial Manager required inBryanston, Johannesburg.

We are looking for a Commercially minded finance leader with a BCom Accounting Degree, preferably CA(SA) or CIMA qualification and minimum 5 years’ experience, including managing a team of Accountants.

Required to report to the CFO, provide insights, manage financial risk and ensure the accurate financial reporting, strong financial control and effective decision making, for a Financial Service Provider based in Bryanston.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.Com Accounting Degree essential
• CA(SA) qualification highly advantageous
• CIMA registration highly advantageous
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, post articles, required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing accountants required
• Financial Service or Insurance Industry experience advantageous
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting skills essential
• Commercial acumen and business partnering capability required
