• Customer Relationship Management / Account Management – develop plans to build relationships with decision‑makers and influencers.
• Information and Business Advice – provide specialist advice on policy interpretation and procedures.
• Financial Advice – implement strategy for financial advice within a limited complexity area.
• Pricing and Terms Negotiation – lead pricing and terms projects within approved boundaries.
• Customer Needs Clarification – set objectives for each sales call and tailor materials to stakeholders.
