Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants in Stellenbosch seeks an experienced finance professional to manage month-end processes, group reporting, and IFRS-compliant accounting across the business. This role drives automation, controls, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, sales, and operations.

You will lead a team, oversee reconciliations and cash management, and contribute to budgeting, analysis and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management Accounting required.
• Honours degree advantageous.
• SAICA or CIMA professional qualification/membership advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in general ledger management, financial reporting and reconciliations.
• 3-5 years' experience in financial planning, analysis, leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial accounting principles.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Experience managing foreign exchange transactions.
• Ability to analyse and interpret large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
