Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports. The role involves journal processing, variance analysis, and month-end adjustments, with responsibility for debtor and creditor functions and driving process improvements.

You will mentor and develop the finance team while partnering with operational units to enhance overall business performance.

Qualifications

• 8 years of accounting experience in a similar role.
• Strong exposure to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cashflow management.
• Strong ERP system experience.
• Experience working within high-volume operational finance environment.
• Proven track record in process improvement and financial controls.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
