You will bring 5+ years of financial accounting experience, manage reporting across multiple assets, and work with senior stakeholders to drive accuracy and insight into asset performance.

The role requires strong Excel skills and ERP system experience, with responsibilities spanning monthly results, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and year-end processes.

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting / Finance or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of financial accounting experience.
• Property industry experience is essential.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP system experience.
