You will handle financial reporting, controls, and stakeholder engagement while supporting strategic decision-making in a fast-paced fintech. The position offers exposure to innovative financial services and opportunities to grow within a high-performance finance team.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification is required.
• 1–3 years post-articles experience in financial services or fintech.
• Strong IFRS/US GAAP knowledge and reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with large data sets and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts.
• Assist with statutory reporting and annual financial statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.

A leading and rapidly growing fintech organisation is seeking a Junior Finance Manager to join its high-performing finance team. This opportunity is ideal for a recently qualified CA(SA) who is looking to transition from a Big 4 environment into a dynamic, technology-driven business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, controls, stakeholder engagement, commercial finance initiatives, and supporting strategic decision-making within a fast-paced fintech environment.

• Qualified CA(SA)
• Completed articles with a Big 4 audit firm
• 1 to 3 years post-articles experience
• Strong exposure to financial services, fintech, banking, payments, investment management, lending, or digital finance clients during articles
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working with large data sets and financial modelling
