Responsibilities

• Lead commercial asset reviews and tracking systems for capital allocations.
• Manage multi-tiered commercial contract billing structures.
• Direct annual group financial forecasting models.
• Formulate and standardise governance frameworks.
• Provide financial due diligence for M&A and capital-raising initiatives.
