Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Farm Manager to lead operations at a large agricultural property near Stellenbosch. This hands-on role requires extensive knowledge of crop production, soil health, IPM, budgeting, and team leadership to drive yields and sustainability.

You will oversee daily farm operations, manage staff, optimize resources, and collaborate with agronomists to implement new technologies and best practices, with on-site work in Stellenbosch region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Farm Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive farm management experience focusing on crop production.
• In-depth understanding of diverse crop types, soil science, and IPM.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with farm management software, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Willingness to work on-site in Stellenbosch.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
