You will manage crop production, livestock health, and resource allocation while ensuring profitability and adherence to safety and quality standards. The role requires strategic planning and strong leadership in a dynamic agricultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive farm management experience.
• Experience with crop production, soil science, and livestock management.
• Proficiency with farm management software and agricultural technology.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive farm management plans, including crop rotation, pest control, and fertilization strategies.
• Supervise and mentor farm staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficient task execution.
• Manage the procurement of seeds, fertilizers, equipment, and other necessary farming supplies.
• Oversee the health and welfare of livestock, ensuring proper feeding, breeding, and disease prevention programs are in place.
