Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in facilities management at a senior level.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Experience in stock control management.

Responsibilities

• Manpower allocation, assessment and performance management.
• Supervises and coordinates all maintenance service and repairs for buildings and equipment.
• Handles emergencies and ensures proper backup for corrective action.
