Job summary

FNB South Africa in Durban is seeking an External Sales and Service Advisor Lead to drive sales performance and sustain strong client relationships. The role requires FAIS NQF Level 5 qualification and First Level Regulatory Examination, with emphasis on end-to-end client management.

You will apply established sales processes, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative banking solutions while maintaining governance and adherence to NCA requirements.

Qualifications

• FSCA FAIS NQF Level 5 qualification or higher required.
• First Level Regulatory Examination completed.
• Credit record check under the National Credit Act (NCA) will be conducted for all applicants.

Responsibilities

• Apply appropriate sales processes within area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
• Deliver end-to-end client management by engaging with the client, facilitating the application process, and closing the sale.
• Retrieve and qualify leads from internal sources and sources external channels to grow the client base and generate sales.
• Maintain expert knowledge on products, pricing, procedures, and timelines to drive and achieve sales targets.
