Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology or Earth Sciences.
• Minimum of 7 years of mineral exploration geology experience.
• Proven experience with exploration techniques and geological software (ArcGIS, Leapfrog, GOCAD).
• Strong understanding of deposit models relevant to the Free State setting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to conduct fieldwork in remote locations and challenging conditions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
