We value a creative leader with at least 5 years in high-volume settings, strong cost control, HACCP knowledge, and a passion for innovation in presentation and flavor. Flexible availability for evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in high-volume catering or reputable kitchen.
• Experience creating menus, costing and inventory control.
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
