Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a BSC (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree and possess at least 10 years of estimating experience in both the Building and Civil sectors. Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years estimating experience in both Building and Civil Industry.
• Knowledge of contract conditions like FIDIC, NEC, JBCC, GCC is required.
• Good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit all prequalification documentation accurately and completely as per tender specifications.
• Perform tender preparation and submission tasks.
• Handle client liaison and additional tasks as required.
