Job summary

A prominent recruitment agency in Pretoria is looking for a Senior Estimator to join their team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will hold a BSC (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree and possess at least 10 years of estimating experience in both the Building and Civil sectors. Responsibilities include tender preparation, client liaison, and ensuring all documentation is submitted as required. Successful applicants will have excellent computer skills, especially in CCS and MS Office, as well as good command of English. A competitive salary is offered.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years estimating experience in both Building and Civil Industry.
• Knowledge of contract conditions like FIDIC, NEC, JBCC, GCC is required.
• Good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit all prequalification documentation accurately and completely as per tender specifications.
• Perform tender preparation and submission tasks.
• Handle client liaison and additional tasks as required.
• Maintain good interpersonal communication and relationship management.
• Perform any other duties as required.
