Job summary

Milton Resourcing, on behalf of a leading financial institution, seeks an Equity Valuations & Reporting Specialist to own the valuation, monitoring, and financial reporting of a large equity investment portfolio while partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Risk and Investments.

You will perform DCF and other valuation methodologies, build sophisticated models, monitor performance and risks, and drive IFRS reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in equity valuation, portfolio management and financial reporting.
• Advanced financial modelling skills and IFRS knowledge (IFRS 9 and IFRS 13).
• Experience valuing financial instruments and equity investments.

Responsibilities

• Own valuation, monitoring and financial reporting of a large equity portfolio.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support investment decisions.
• Produce insightful management reports, dashboards and portfolio analytics.
• Support IFRS reporting and present valuation outcomes to executives.
• Collaborate with investment teams, treasury, risk and external stakeholders.
