Job summary

GVW is undergoing a multi-year digital transformation to modernize enterprise systems using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. We seek a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise-grade solutions across ERP, CRM, HR, and allied platforms.

You will own integration strategy with Teamcenter, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Boomi, and line-of-business systems, and drive delivery quality through ALM, governance, and modern DevOps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution delivery.
• Proven success delivering Dynamics 365 across ERP/CRM/HR modules.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services and integration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, security models, and cloud-native design.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript and Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 SCM, F&O, CE, HR, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
• Lead technical design sessions, produce solution documentation, and oversee implementation teams.
• Define integration strategies with legacy systems and third-party platforms (e.g., Teamcenter, Supplier Portal, Boomi) using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and APIs.
• Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Guide the adoption of new Microsoft features and updates, ensuring alignment with GVW’s roadmap.
• Support DevOps practices including CI/CD, environment provisioning, and release management.
• Apply Microsoft Success by Design methodology and ALM best practices (LCS, Power Platform Admin Center, Azure DevOps).

About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions across Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain, Customer Engagement, HR) and Power Platform. You will define architectures, own integration strategy (Teamcenter, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Boomi, and line-of-business systems), and drive delivery quality using modern ALM and governance—directly advancing the GVW roadmap.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution delivery.
• Proven success in leading Dynamics 365 implementations across multiple modules (ERP, CRM, HR).
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, and integration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, security models, and cloud-native design.
