Job summary

The Enterprise Architect role at E-Merge defines and governs the organisation's enterprise architecture to support its digital transformation strategy. The role provides strategic technology leadership across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, enterprise integration, AI, and cloud platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and future‑ready solutions.

The incumbent will establish architecture standards, lead enterprise solution design and govern technology decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or large-scale technology transformation programmes.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure.
• Strong expertise in integration, cloud architecture, data governance and security.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and roadmaps.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD, API integration, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Microsoft technologies.

• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, application integration, cloud architecture, data governance, and security.
• Experience leading enterprise‑wide digital transformation initiatives, architecture governance, and technology roadmaps.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD, API integration, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Microsoft integration technologies.

The Reference Number for this position is NG61436 which is a Permanent, Hybrid role in Cape Town, offering a salary of up to R1.8mil per annum salary negotiable based on experience.
