• Hands-on coder who mentors and writes automated tests.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development and architecture, split 50/50 with leadership.
• Modernize Angular apps and backend touchpoints for performance.
• Decompose legacy systems into scalable microservices.
• Integrate AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines.
• Champion observability and automated testing.
• Mentor engineers and drive documentation.
