Qualifications

• 7+ years of total software engineering experience with at least 2+ years as Tech Lead or Engineering Lead.
• Deep expertise in modern Angular web platforms and TypeScript.
• Proven full‑stack/API integration experience with Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), and C# (.NET).
• Hands‑on coder who leads by example and writes robust automated tests.
• Experience adopting AI development tools and integrating LLM APIs/AI services.
• Cloud native infrastructure experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD automation.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development and architecture responsibilities (50% coding/design, 50% leadership).
• Modernize Angular client applications and backend touchpoints for high performance and responsive UX.
• Decompose legacy systems into scalable microservices using API-first, event-driven patterns.
• Integrate AI tooling and workflows to boost squad velocity and AI-ready pipelines.
• Champion automated testing and full-stack observability across all channels.
• Provide team governance and mentorship for junior and senior engineers.
