Job summary

NTCSA seeks a Senior Engineer Prof Engineering (Technical Support) to develop and support technology strategies, standards, specifications and designs. Location: Kimberley, Northern Cape.

You will provide technical consulting and create engineering solutions across disciplines, contributing to roadmaps and disciplinary roadmaps. Role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, professional registration as a PE, and a strong drive to learn.

Qualifications

• BSc/B Eng in Engineering at NQF8 with 480 credits.
• Professional registration as a Professional Engineer with Engineering Council of South Africa.
• Minimum 4 years of technical experience in engineering related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting, investigation and support services to customers.
• Produce and integrate asset creation engineering solutions, designs.
• Develop discipline specific philosophies, technical standards, procedures and work practices.
• Provide input into discipline specific roadmaps
• Conduct discipline specific new technologies research

• Manage contracts
• Participated in national and international technical forums.
