Placements24 is seeking a Senior Operations Manager in Soweto, Gauteng to oversee daily operations and lead a team delivering energy services. You will optimize processes, manage resources, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a strong background in operations management within energy/utilities, proven leadership, and the ability to implement strategic initiatives at scale.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in energy/utilities.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement process improvements.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the energy sector.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight of operations.
