Job summary

Fidelity Services Group in Vanderbijlpark is seeking an experienced Technician to manage high-security installations across infrastructure projects, including alarm systems, CCTV and access control with strong networking capabilities.

You will deploy, configure, and service analogue and IP CCTV, perimeter protection and network connectivity while maintaining safety standards and thorough documentation. Required: Matric, 5–10 years in electronic security, PSIRA Grade C.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–10 years experience in electronic security systems.
Matric / Grade 12 is required.
PSIRA registration Grade C.
Valid Code 8 driver's license.
Strong networking fundamentals.
Experience with analogue and IP CCTV, access control and alarm systems.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, commission and maintain electronic security systems.
Perform routine maintenance and preventative service on installed systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
Conduct site assessments and provide technical recommendations.
Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
Complete job cards and service reports accurately and on time.
