Qualifications

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in power or control systems.
8+ years of progressive experience in electrical systems engineering, with focus on complex industrial/commercial applications.
Expertise in power system analysis, protection and control, and understanding of network infrastructure.
Proficiency with advanced simulation and diagnostic tools.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage complex technical projects.
Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of sophisticated electrical systems across multiple facilities.
Develop and execute strategies for system upgrades, performance improvements, and capacity expansion.
Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex electrical system failures.
Ensure compliance with national and international electrical safety standards and regulations.
