You will lead power electronics, control systems, and DSP efforts, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure robust, integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years hands-on experience in electrical systems engineering and design.
• Expertise in power electronics, control systems and DSP.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and PSpice or similar.
• Strong system architecture and reliability engineering understanding.
• Mentoring and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex electrical systems.
