• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of complex electrical engineering projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project teams, providing direction and motivation to ensure high performance.
• Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor management for project resources.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
