• Manage spare parts inventory for critical electrical components.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are accurately documented in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime during maintenance activities.
• Champion safety initiatives and ensure adherence to all safety protocols within the maintenance department.
• Stay updated on new maintenance technologies and methodologies to enhance plant reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical qualification.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems, motor controls, and power distribution.
• Strong understanding of PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial instrumentation.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with CMMS software for maintenance planning and tracking.
