Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive electrical maintenance strategies, focusing on preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Provide remote expert support for troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical equipment failures (e.g., motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, control systems).
• Analyze maintenance data and failure trends to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Guide and support on-site maintenance teams remotely through complex repair procedures and upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, codes, and standards related to electrical maintenance.
• Oversee the management of electrical spare parts inventory to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver remote training modules for maintenance personnel on electrical systems and safety procedures.
• Review and approve electrical maintenance procedures and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology adoption to enhance maintenance efficiency.
• Contribute to capital expenditure planning for electrical equipment upgrades and replacements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial setting.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of industrial electrical equipment.
• Strong understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance techniques (e.g., thermography, vibration analysis).
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and practices (e.g., LOTO, arc flash).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively guide remote teams.
