This senior role oversees planning, design, construction, and maintenance of power distribution and transmission infrastructure to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient services.

You will mentor engineers, manage budgets, and drive strategic improvements while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in the utility sector with at least 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution/transmission, substations, and protection schemes.
• Proven track record in project management, budgeting, and leadership.
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians.
