Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of electrical systems for solar, wind, and other renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Perform detailed electrical load calculations, power system analysis, and equipment sizing for distributed generation systems.
• Develop technical specifications, schematics, single-line diagrams, and control system logic for energy projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and external stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Oversee the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical installations, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
