Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical systems design and development, with a significant portion in a lead or senior engineering role.
• Proven expertise in power electronics, embedded systems, control theory, and high-speed digital design.
• Extensive experience with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) and schematic capture/PCB layout software (e.g., Altium Designer).
• Strong understanding of system-level integration and debugging techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing engineering teams and projects.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration in a remote setting.
• Self-starter with a passion for technology and a proven ability to drive complex projects to successful completion.
• Experience with battery management systems (BMS) and energy storage systems is highly desirable.
