• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Development, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years working with young children in ECD.
• At least 2 years in supervisory or training capacity.
• Understanding of child development theories and play-based learning.
• Experience in developing and implementing engaging ECD programs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience in training and mentoring adult learners.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Passion for early childhood education and child welfare.
• Ability to work with diverse community members and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SA ECD framework advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate ECD curricula and learning activities.
• Provide training and ongoing support to ECD educators to enhance their pedagogical skills.
• Conduct regular observations and assessments of children's development and progress.
