Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 6+ years in early years education, incl. 3+ years in curriculum development or leadership.
• Experience creating digital learning content or e-learning platforms.
• Knowledge of child development theories for ages 3-5.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with LMS and digital collaboration tools.
• Experience leading remote teams.
• Advantage: experience within the South African education system.

Requirements

• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proven ability to lead projects and work effectively in a remote team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Experience within the South African education system is advantageous.
• Must be legally authorized to work remotely in South Africa.
