• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Early Years Educator with proven play-based learning.

• Experience in observing, assessing, and documenting children's learning.
• Strong classroom management and ability to foster positive relationships with children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to contribute to curriculum development and mentor other educators.
• Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene requirements in early learning settings.
• Adaptability to a hybrid model with on-site and remote duties.

This role operates on a Hybrid model, requiring significant on-site presence to engage directly with young children and implement innovative learning experiences, complemented by remote responsibilities for planning and curriculum development.
