Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Early Years Curriculum Developer for a leading educational institution in Randburg, Gauteng. You will design and implement curricula for ages 0-6, lead curriculum specialists, and ensure standards align with SA frameworks. Hybrid work enables planning from home or Randburg HQ.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in early childhood education, with a significant focus on curriculum development and design.
• Demonstrated experience in leading curriculum development projects and teams.
• Expertise in child development theories, pedagogy, and assessment strategies for young children.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
