Job summary

Decision Inc. is seeking a strong Business Central Solution Architect to lead end-to-end design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects within our Business Applications team in Johannesburg.

You will translate client requirements into scalable, integrated BC solutions, guide functional and technical teams, and ensure successful implementations, upgrades and ongoing support. Microsoft MB-800 certification and deep BC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ERP consulting experience, with 3–4 years in BC implementations.
• Experience across multiple full-cycle Business Central implementations.
• MB-800 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements workshops with clients.
• Design scalable, integrated Business Central solutions and architectures.
• Oversee data migration, security, testing and go-live activities.
• Provide guidance to functional consultants and developers.
• Mentor team members and contribute to implementation standards.
