Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks an experienced Drupal Developer to design, develop and deploy software solutions. You will work with APIs/RESTful services and contribute across the SDLC, including design, development and testing phases. The role includes prototyping and coordinating with clients and teams to deliver effective eLearning solutions.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in Drupal or similar CMS, and a solid understanding of Agile or iterative development processes.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in computer science and/or software Engineering and/or information technology Systems and/or Information Technology and/or related technical certification in an IT field.
Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Drupal Developer or related CMS.
Experience with APIs and RESTful Web services.
Understanding of SDLC/ALM methodologies and exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy programs from specifications.
Construct and implement application programs.
Code, debug and refine programs.
Document code and classes for maintainability.
Design application prototypes for stakeholders.
Coordinate plans with development team or client.
Adhere to SDLC/ALM processes and methodologies.
Design, develop and deploy eLearning solutions to meet client needs and provide training.
