You will coordinate with service providers, manage equipment and reports, and enforce HSE standards. The position requires 10+ years in drilling, IWCF certification, and proven leadership in oil and gas operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in drilling operations with supervisory experience.
• Proven track record as Drilling Supervisor or similar role in Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment (rigs, mud systems, BOPs), and downhole tools.
• Experience in well control and well intervention operations.
• IWCF certification at the appropriate level.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and in a remote camp environment.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations.
• Experience in North West province or similar SA conditions.
• Proficient in drilling reporting software.

• Demonstrated experience in well control and well intervention operations.
• Valid IWCF certification at the appropriate level.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and in a remote camp environment.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Experience working in the North West province or similar South African conditions is beneficial.
• Proficiency in drilling reporting software.
