Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a Bachelor's in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive drilling engineering experience.
• Experience with shallow and deep wells and complex formations.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive drilling programs, including well design, casing schemes, and cementing strategies.
• Conduct pre-drill risk assessments and implement mitigation plans for potential hazards.
• Supervise drilling operations on-site and provide remote support as needed.
• Optimize drilling parameters to maximize Rate of Penetration (ROP) and minimize non-productive time (NPT).
• Manage drilling equipment, services, and vendors to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
• Analyze drilling data and prepare post-drilling reports with lessons learned.
