Job summary

Collinson Group seeks a Sr. DLP Analyst to join Security Operations to protect sensitive data across endpoints, cloud services, and email channels by managing and evolving DLP policies and controls.

You will influence policy design and enforce conditional access, working with stakeholders to safeguard information and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include monitoring DLP alerts from Purview, Egress, Intune, and JAMF Pro, administering and maintaining DLP tools, and leading governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years focused on Data Loss Prevention.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP, Egress, Intune and JAMF Pro.
• Strong understanding of data classification, endpoint protection, email encryption, and cloud DLP.
• Familiarity with conditional access policies, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Zero Trust.
• Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI‑DSS and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate DLP alerts generated by Microsoft Purview, Egress, and endpoint agents across Intune and JAMF Pro.
• Administer and maintain DLP tools and technologies, ensuring correct configuration and operation.
• Analyze incidents to determine true positives, root causes, and remediation actions.
• Define, implement, and review DLP policies, data classification, and conditional access rules.
• Lead discussions with Security, Compliance, Legal, HR, and IT to mitigate data handling risks.
• Conduct periodic reviews of data movement patterns and access controls.
• Maintain security configurations in Microsoft Intune and JAMF Pro for endpoint DLP enforcement.
• Lead governance of security policies, documentation, change control, and awareness efforts.
• Audit and compliance reporting for data protection controls and assist investigations.
• Develop and maintain a playbook for data leakage scenarios and insider threat alerts.
• Training and awareness sessions on data security best practices.
