Placements24 is seeking a Lead Consultant to drive digital transformation for clients in Upington and surrounding areas. You will guide strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful technology adoption across organizations.

The role requires deep digital technology understanding, strong leadership, and a passion for change. You will engage with senior leaders to shape roadmaps and oversee end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Willingness to travel to client sites in Upington and surrounding areas.
• Authorized to work in South Africa.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with client goals.
• Lead project teams in system implementation, process automation, and data analytics initiatives.
• Assess current digital capabilities and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Advise senior stakeholders on emerging digital technologies and their impact.
• Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service throughout projects.
• Facilitate change management for smooth adoption of new solutions.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry best practices in digital transformation.
• Develop and deliver client presentations and reports.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants in the digital practice.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
