You will analyze market trends, assess technological capabilities, and create roadmaps for transformation, product innovation, and customer experience enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital strategy, innovation consulting, or related technology-focused role.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies (AI, Cloud, Big Data, IoT) and their business applications.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management and agile methodologies.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent work with team collaboration.
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive digital strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Identify emerging technologies and digital trends relevant to client industries.
• Assess client's current digital maturity and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Design roadmaps for digital transformation, including platform selection, implementation, and change management.
• Develop business cases and financial models for digital initiatives.
• Lead innovation workshops and design thinking sessions with client teams.
• Advise on digital product development, service innovation, and customer experience enhancement.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of digital strategies.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership in digital strategy and innovation.

Education
