Job summary

Placements24 is recruiting a Management Consultant for a technology and innovation strategy role in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. The consultant will lead technology roadmap development, assess emerging technologies, and guide digital transformation initiatives for clients across South Africa.

The role requires a strong strategic mindset, ability to translate technical concepts into business value, and experience in technology consulting.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Technology Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in technology consulting, innovation strategy, or product management.
Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and their business implications.
Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop technology roadmaps and innovation strategies for clients.
Assess AI, IoT, blockchain and cloud computing for business use.
Advise on digital transformation initiatives and technology adoption strategies.
Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence on technology trends.
Facilitate innovation workshops and ideation sessions with clients.
Support clients in selection and implementation of technology solutions.
Manage project timelines and deliverables for technology strategy engagements.
Build relationships with technology leaders and C-suite executives.
