You will lead strategic customer engagement, drive adoption of molecular diagnostics, and support distributor activities while meeting sales targets.

You will manage key accounts, collaborate with diverse teams, and navigate complex stakeholder environments with a customer-centric approach. Travel up to 50% locally and regionally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in diagnostics, medical device, or healthcare industry.
• Proven success in managing key accounts and developing long-term business relationships.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen in B2B healthcare markets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed revenue targets by managing and growing strategic accounts in the region.
• Design and execute tailored account strategies to drive market share and secure long-term partnerships.
• Lead tenders, contracts, and pricing strategies aligned with commercial and public health dynamics.
• Serve as primary contact for healthcare institutions, commercial labs, and regional distributors.
• Drive business growth across private and public providers, including labs, hospitals, clinics.
• Collaborate with marketing on demand campaigns, scientific workshops, and customer events.
