Qualifications

- Relevant Degree or Diploma or Relevant Work Experience required
- Training on related areas and skills would be advantageous
- Degree / Diploma with 4 years of relevant work experience or 6 years of relevant work experience
- C# development using .NET Framework and .NET
- ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and WCF/SOAP services
- High-performance and scalable API design and development
- JavaScript, TypeScript, and ASP.NET AJAX
- Telerik Kendo UI
- Xamarin / .NET MAUI (beneficial)
- Windows Services development
- Oracle Forms, Reports and PL/SQL (legacy versions including 11g) experience is beneficial
- Experience with bank file processing and DebiCheck integrations is beneficial
- Microsoft SQL Server (incl. SQL Server 2016/2019)
- Complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, relational database design
- Entity Framework 6 (EF6), Entity Framework Core (EF Core), and Dapper
- Oracle database experience
- Applies modern software engineering principles including SOLID design principles, design patterns and clean code practices.
- Design and implementation of maintainable, scalable application components and services
- Root cause analysis, debugging, and data investigation
- Performance tuning and application optimisation
- Security principles (authentication, authorization, secure API development
- Code reviews and technical mentoring
- API integrations using REST, XML, JSON, SOAP
- RabbitMQ
- Experience using integration platforms; Boomi and/or Azure Integration Services experience is beneficial
- Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint management, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
- Working knowledge of cloud-hosted application architectures, containerisation, and orchestration technologies (beneficial)
