Role Overview

As a Senior Designer you’ll play a key part in delivering engaging, high‑performing digital and print experiences that captivate players and strengthen our brand across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own full campaign ownership across platforms
• Lead end‑to‑end design for promotions and campaigns, from concept through to delivery across desktop, mobile, web, email, and print
• Create rich, engaging iGaming visuals and experiences that drive player engagement and conversion while ensuring brand consistency
• Execute advanced design work and solve creative problems
• Conceptualise and deliver high‑quality UI, UX, and visual designs that are both functional and user‑friendly
• Approach each project holistically, solving design challenges within broader business, player, and performance needs
• Deliver independent and quality‑controlled projects, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery
• Review outputs across teams and ensure adherence to design systems and best practices
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and development teams to deliver cohesive, high‑impact experiences
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to junior designers and support campaign ownership across the team
• Drive continuous improvement in design quality, team processes, and user experience through data, insights, and industry trends
• Proactively evolve templates, style guides, and design systems while staying up to date with iGaming, design, and technology advancements

Qualifications

• Strong digital and visual design skills – expertise in responsive web/mobile design, UX principles, and visual fundamentals (typography, colour, layout)

Technical Skills

• Figma (good understanding of components)
• Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, AI prompting
• Email templates, banners, GIF creation, logo design, AI‑generated images, basic animation, print jobs, UI mocks
• Basic front‑end knowledge (HTML, CSS) and understanding of how designs translate into development

Portfolio

A strong portfolio showcasing high‑quality graphic, concept, and digital design work aligned to industry best practice.

Desirable Experience

• In‑depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types, and market trends
• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions
• Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
• Through‑the‑line conceptual or agency experience – able to develop cohesive campaign ideas across multiple channels
• Print design experience with ability to create high‑quality physical collateral aligned to brand standards
• Motion design or animation skills and experience with tools like After Effects
• Experience with design systems, contributing to or evolving scalable design systems across products and campaigns
